8+ years DESIGNING within agencies, startups across Europe and IN HOUSE product-driven teams

Designing human-centered solutions through structured product thinking.

Designing human-centered solutions through structured product thinking.

I believe good design is about reducing the distance between the user and their scope, understanding how people behave, getting close to the product structure, untangling complexity before it becomes someone else's problem and creating modular products that adapt.

Two features that gave recruiters visibility into what they were sending and why availability changed — before and after the invite.

GET TO KNOW ME

About me

Product designer with 8+ years across agencies, startups, and in-house teams. I lean toward modular thinking, care about information architecture.

I believe good design starts with understanding people: their behavior, their context, the problems they're actually trying to solve. In teams, I'd rather find the right answer together than push my own agenda, though I'll stand behind an idea when I truly believe in it.

Outside of work, I'm usually cooking something, drinking too much coffee, or watching FC Barcelona convince me they're about to have a great season. I grew up in Spain and a big part of me never really left, the culture, the food, the pace of life. These days I also spend time building small things with AI, following what's new in tech and design, and occasionally losing games of Counter-Strike.

Phenom

Product Designer

Apr 2025 - Present

Designed within a large HR tech platform serving global enterprises — working with the scheduling product team for over a year, continuously shipping UX improvements across the interview scheduling experience while leading several larger feature initiatives for both recruiters and candidates.

• Redesigned the slot transparency experience for SLA and manual scheduling, replacing a static element with a dynamic, context-aware solution that surfaced slot availability and transparency in real time.

• Built the UX for a post-send debug tool that allowed recruiters to audit slot availability over time, surfacing the slot progression throughout the interview process — reducing candidate back-and-forth and giving recruiters full visibility into scheduling outcomes.

• Contributed to information architecture decisions for complex scheduling entities, including group interviews with multi-slot, multi-seat structures requiring dedicated management experiences separate from the core interview table.
